The GHP Aircraft Wheel Chock Black/Yellow is a highly visible rubber chock, designed to rest against the wheel of an aircraft, helping to stop it shifting or rolling when not in use. Chocking aircraft wheels will reduce the risk of accidents at airfields and airports and can protect the planes and ground staff. The visible design of the chock denotes hazardous areas and alert ground staff to the presence of the chock before takeoff.
The chock is made from Natural/SBR rubber, meaning it will not rot, crack or rust during it’s lifetime. Each unit weighs a solid 8kg, making sure the chock won’t move or shift when needed the most. The cast steel handle makes the chock easier to lift into and out of place. The ribbed surface of the wheel chocks adds additional stability to aircraft while they are in place.
